Our services
Hessa Events provides event planning, coordination, and management services, including guest communication for events we organize (e.g. invitations and RSVP confirmations sent via WhatsApp). We also operate an internal system (accessible to our staff only) to manage these services.
WhatsApp messaging
If you are invited to an event we manage, you may receive WhatsApp messages from us containing event details and an RSVP request. We only message phone numbers provided to us by the event host/organizer for the purpose of that specific event. You are not added to any marketing or recurring list. See our Data Deletion page if you’d like your information removed.
Website use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, and branding) is owned by Hessa Events and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites (e.g. social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
