If you would like Hessa Events to delete personal information we hold about you, you may request this at any time.
What data we may hold
- If you were invited to an event we managed: your name and phone number, collected for the purpose of sending your invitation and recording your RSVP response via WhatsApp.
- If you are a Hessa Events / Sosa Fiori staff member: information stored in our internal HR system (e.g. name, contact details, employment records).
How to request deletion
Send an email to admin@hessaevents.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, including:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email associated with the data you want removed
- (Optional) The event or context in which we collected your information
We will confirm your request and delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, accounting, or administrative purposes.
WhatsApp guests
If you received an event invitation from us via WhatsApp and no longer wish to be contacted, you can also reply directly to that message to let us know, or email admin@hessaevents.com and we will remove your number from the guest list.
